To use the most updated version of the app effectively, please check your Switchee device is on firmware version 1.11.1. This can be done by clicking on Settings (spanner) in the top left hand corner of the Switchees home screen and then after pressing Status, please review the firmware version three rows down. If not on firmware version 1.11.1, please give Switchee a call on 0800 133 7957.
